Terrorism: Time for Action, Not Empty Talk!

26/11 Mastermind Gets Bail in Pakistan

2611 mastermind

This is how serious Pakistan is in ending terror!

A day after Pakistan Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif’s pretensions about how he would not rest until every terrorist in his country is wiped out, the man who masterminded the 26/11 Mumbai blasts in 2008 has been granted bail by an anti-terror court there,

He perhaps meant that terrorists would be let go so they can get out of Pakistan and trigger mayhem in India, the US and the rest of the West.

As long as terror is unleashed on India and the others, Sharif and his ilk in Pakistan (Hafiz Sayeed, Parvez Musharraf, etc) will be pleased!

But then, to use White House aspirant Hillary Clinton’s words, they cannot expect to have snakes in their backyard and hope they would only bite their neighbours.

Unless India takes drastic measures, we will continue to hear just rhetoric from both Pakistan and India. These could include:

  1. Severing all diplomatic ties with Pakistan
  2. Getting the West to impose complete sanctions on Pakistan (Uncle Sam and his cronies are quick to impose that on North Korea and Libya to suit their own political ends but pander to Pakistan
  3. Bringing all pro-Pakistan elements in India to book without delay
  4. Silencing the Indian media as the pseudo patriots among them talk too much about Defence with gay abandon.

There must be an end to all verbiage on terror. The world has had enough of all anti-terror nonsense! Now is the time for action, not empty talk!
